At Tell Me All About It, we offer a range of evidence-based speech pathology services to support you or the young person in your life. Our person-centred approach aim to ensure that every client receives support tailored to their unique needs and strengths.
We provide bespoke speech therapy services to infants, toddlers, children, teenagers and young adults across the St George and Sutherland Shire areas, including the Bayside, Georges River, Sutherland Shire, and Canterbury-Bankstown Council areas.

We help you or your child develop clear, confident speech that is easy to understand. Our speech pathology services support children with speech delays, articulation difficulties, unclear or mumbled speech, and challenges producing sounds accurately.
We also assist clients with anatomical and medical differences that may impact speech production. This may include hearing loss, cleft palate, lip or tongue tie, tongue thrust, and motor speech challenges.
Through engaging activities and targeted support, we guide the development of speech sounds to make communication more easily understood by family, peers, teachers and acquaintances.

We build on your child’s natural strengths, to support receptive language (understanding words, sentences, instructions, gestures and texts) and expressive language (using words, grammar, sentence structure, and ideas to communicate). Our therapy approach is designed to support late talkers, language delays and disorders, and difficulties understanding or using spoken and written language.
We provide practical strategies aimed at improving vocabulary development, sentence formulation, comprehension, following directions, storytelling, and organising thoughts, helping you or your child communicate more confidently and effectively at home, school, work, and in social settings.

We encourage a love of reading and writing by supporting your child’s development of key / early literacy skills. Therapy may focus on phonological awareness, phonemic awareness, decoding, spelling, reading fluency, and comprehension.
By strengthening these key areas, we help build their confidence and success in literacy, creating long-term foundations for learning, academic achievement and classroom participation.
We also support teenagers and young adults who may be experiencing ongoing literacy difficulties, including challenges with reading comprehension, written expression, spelling, study skills, and organising written work. Literacy support at this stage can improve confidence with study or work, and strengthen communication skills for everyday life.

We work with you or your child with stuttering using respectful, evidence-based approaches aimed at building confidence and reducing communication stress in a safe environment.
Our approach aims to improve fluency, develop helpful speech strategies, reduce blocks, and support comfortable communication in everyday situations.
We also provide guidance for families and schools to ensure you or your child feel understood, supported, and empowered to speak without fear or frustration.
Support can be beneficial at any age, and it's never too late to seek speech pathology support for stuttering. Whether you're noticing early signs in childhood or have experienced stuttering for many years, we provide different strategies to help support you.

We assist children in building strong, meaningful social connections through structured play, inquiry, interactions and real-life practice. Therapy targets skills such as turn-taking, conversation building, understanding social cues, flexible thinking, cooperative play, and peer interaction.
We also support children who experience difficulties with attention, impulse control, and behaviour that may impact their ability to participate successfully in social and learning environments. This may include challenges staying on task, coping with transitions, managing frustration, or engaging appropriately.
By strengthening communication, play, and self-regulation skills, we help your child build confidence, improve classroom participation, and nurture positive relationships when interacting with peers, teachers and family members.

Early intervention speech pathology supports your child's development during the most important years for speech, language, and learning. We work with toddlers and young children to strengthen early communication skills, including gestures, first words, interaction, play, understanding, and early sentence development.
By providing support early, we aim to help your child build strong foundations for communication, emotional regulation, social development, and future learning.
Early intervention can also play a key role in school readiness, supporting skills such as following instructions, understanding classroom language, asking for help, interacting with peers, and building the confidence needed to transition successfully into preschool and school environments.

We support you or your child in developing a healthy, clear, and strong voice for everyday speaking and self-expression. Voice therapy may assist with hoarseness, vocal fatigue, reduced vocal volume, or changes in vocal quality such as dysphonia, helping improve comfort and confidence when communicating.
We also support clients who have difficulty regulating volume (e.g., speaking too loudly), helping them learn appropriate voice modulation for different environments such as home, school, and the community.
We provide support for individuals with anatomical and medical differences that may impact voice quality, including cleft palate, velopharyngeal insufficiency (VPI), hearing loss, and nasogastric tube (NG) use. These differences can affect resonance, clarity, vocal strength, and overall communication effectiveness.
Using evidence-based strategies and individualised support, we focus on improving vocal function, promoting safe and sustainable voice use, and helping you or your child communicate clearly and confidently across home, school, and community settings.

We support your child through feeding challenges, including “picky” eating, limited food variety, sensory-based feeding difficulties, and transitioning from purées to solids.
We also support children who experience mealtime anxiety or food refusal. Our approach is supportive and child-led, focusing on building positive food experiences and increasing confidence around eating over time.
We work on oral motor skills and family-friendly strategies to help your child expand their diet in a steady and practical way. Therapy is tailored to your child’s needs and your household routines, helping to create calmer, more enjoyable mealtimes.
Please note that we do not provide assessment or treatment for dysphagia (swallowing disorders). However, we are happy to support families by providing appropriate onward referral to appropriate services where needed. Our feeding therapy focus is on behavioural, sensory, and developmental feeding difficulties, and we work within our scope of practice to ensure your child receives the most appropriate care and support.

We offer tailored speech pathology group sessions for schools, preschools, and teen/young adult workshops, supporting development in key areas such as social skills, language development, literacy and pre-literacy skills, classroom readiness and study/work preparedness.
These programs are designed to encourage peer interaction, build confidence, and develop practical communication skills in a supportive learning environment.
