Please reach us at admin@tellmeall.com.au if you cannot find an answer to your question.
We do not currently have a waitlist. Appointments for speech pathology sessions are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, however we will do our best to accommodate a time and day that suits you.
Booking early is recommended to secure a convenient time for children, teens, and young adults needing support.
No referral is required to access our private speech therapy services for children, teens, or young adults. You can book directly with our team to receive assessment and therapy for speech, language, literacy, social communication, voice, and feeding support.
Resource:
Therapy sessions are typically offered on a weekly or fortnightly basis, depending on your needs and what is works best for you. For example, some speech therapy programs are best delivered in short, intensive bursts, while others are delivered less frequently over a longer period of time.
We aim to keep the same day and time for each session to provide consistency and structure, and promote best practice guidelines. We aim to help you/your child make steady progress in their speech, language, literacy, social communication, voice, or feeding development. Review our policies page to view our flexible options for cancelled appointments.
Resources:
At this time, NDIS participants are not eligible for speech pathology services with Tell Me All About It.
We provide private speech therapy services outside of NDIS funding, and clients may be eligible for Medicare and Private Health rebates. We're happy to discuss options for booking directly. Find out more about alternative funding and rebate options for private speech therapy services on our website, here.
Resources:
For home- and Telehealth-based sessions with children under the age of 16, or those needing supervision, we require caregiver(s) to remain present throughout the session.
Your involvement helps us provide the best support by keeping you engaged in your child's progress, therapy goals, and home strategies. Being present may also help your child feel more safe, comfortable and confident during their sessions.
Resources:
We can provide services at day cares, preschools and schools with permission from both a child's caregiver(s) and the facility. Some facilities may require additional checks before sessions can be organised, and arranging sessions onsite can take extra time.
If a facility enforces an additional fee for services on their premises, this cost will be passed onto the client. Our goal is to make speech therapy accessible and convenient, helping children, teens, and young adults receive support in familiar learning environments, so skills transfer more easily to everyday life. Read more about how therapy in a familiar environment can be beneficial by clicking on the sources below.

Absolutely! You can access private speech therapy services with Tell Me All About It even if you are on a waitlist for public clinics.
We know that evidence shows early intervention can give your child the best start to their communication growth. Booking private sessions allows your child, teen or young adult to start receiving support sooner, without waiting months for public services.
Our sessions are tailored to individual communication, language, literacy, social skills, voice, and feeding needs, helping clients make progress while waiting for public care.
Once your child reaches the top of the public waitlist, we can discuss a full discharge or a hybrid model, where goals may be shared between therapists to facilitate a team-based approach.
