We understand that children thrive best when therapy is delivered in a setting where they feel comfortable and supported, which is why we offer services in the home or other familiar environments, both face-to-face and via Telehealth.
We are committed to empowering young people and their families by fostering growth, confidence, and communication skills. Through personalised support and a holistic approach, we aim to ensure every individual has the tools they need to thrive socially, academically, and emotionally.

We provide face-to-face speech therapy across St George and the Sutherland Shire and Telehealth services Australia-wide for children, teens, and young adults, supporting speech, language, literacy, social communication, voice, and feeding challenges.
We provide speech pathology services across Sydney, supporting communication and learning needs from early childhood through to young adulthood. Our work focuses on helping people communicate more clearly and confidently in everyday settings.

We work with a wide range of communication needs including speech delay, speech sound disorders, language development difficulties, literacy challenges, social communication skills, attention and listening needs, voice concerns, and feeding difficulties including picky eating and transitioning to solids.
We collaborate with you every step of the way, and will work with you towards achieve your goals.
We support attention, listening, and learning skills alongside reading and writing development, comprehension, and classroom participation. Our goal is to help young people build the skills they need to engage more confidently in learning and everyday school activities, and to support their transition into further study, university, or work.
While early intervention is highly recommended, it's never too late to get speech therapy or learning support for you or your child.

Sarah is a dedicated Speech Pathologist with a Master of Speech-Language Pathology (MSLP) from the University of Sydney, alongside degrees in Speech, Hearing, and Language Sciences, and Biomedical Science. She is a Medicare-registered practitioner and a certified member of Speech Pathology Australia, committed to providing evidence-based care that meets the highest professional standards.
Sarah’s primary focus is on paediatric speech pathology, working with children across a wide range of speech and language needs, including articulation, language development, fluency, and social communication. While her main expertise lies in working with children, Sarah also has experience supporting adults with complex conditions such as neurodegenerative conditions.
Sarah believes in a person-centred approach to therapy, understanding the importance of tailoring her treatment to the unique needs of each individual. She takes the time to listen, understand, and collaborate with families and care teams to create an individualised treatment plan that empowers her clients to build their communication skills and achieve their goals.
Outside of her clinical work, Sarah also works as a Project Manager / Product Owner in the development of a clinical reporting software, and volunteers as Executive Assistant for a not-for-profit organisation focused on child protection. In her personal time, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her dog, Barkley.
